A new yearly competition. The idea is that the winner of the previous year’s clone comp. gets to choose the beer everyone has to match this year. Winning recipe needs to be posted so we can all brew the clone in the future. The judging is done so that the winner may not necessarily be the best beer, but is the one that is closest to the commercial example.
To kick things off this year, we are going with a classic: Little Creatures Pale Ale. We may have a tour of LC, as well as judging on site.
(Dates are somewhat tentative due to the timing of the WA State and Nationals comps.)
