1st Place Mead, Cider, and 'Wines 2019 - Jerome Kennedy - Punch and Judy - New World Cider
20 L of Coles $2 for 2L Apple juice. Topped up with 2L filtered water. Fermented with Belle Saison yeast started at 19c ramped up to 21 c on day 3 of ferment. Added 2 earl grey teabags after 1 week to the cider left for a week. Bottled and kegged at the 2 week point aiming for 3 volumes of C02. It started at OG 1043 and finished at FG 1006.
