July - Iron Brewer (Root-Off!)

Brew to the following styles as per BJCP 2021 guidelines:

The styles are wide open, with a base beer of any style. The only stipulations are that both the base style and root should be identified and that the root must add a noticeable twist to the beer.
The special ingredient that you need to incorporate into your beer is some sort of "root". To be more specific, a beer brewed with anything that grows under the ground. (Nothing toxic please!) Some examples are ginger, carrot, potato, beetroot, onions, and garlic. You could use coriander root for this, but not the seeds.
