  • 4A - Munich Helles
  • 5B - Kolsch
  • 5C - German Helles Export Beer
  • 5D - German Pils
  • 6A - Marzen
  • X5 - NZ Pilsner

June - Iron Brewer

Brew to the following styles as per BJCP 2015 guidelines:

All BJCP styles are acceptable.
MUST use 30% malted wheat (any wheat types are permissible as long as it contributes to 30% of the grist. Ie More than one type of malted wheat may be used)

August - Stouts

Brew to the following styles as per BJCP 2015 guidelines:

15B - Irish Stout
15C - Irish Extra Stout
16A - Sweet Stout
16B - Oatmeal Stout
16C - Tropical Stout
16D - Foreign Extra Stout
20B - American Stout
20C - Imperial Stout
29 - Fruit Beer - with one of the stout styles as a base
30 - Spiced Beer - with one of the stout styles as a base
33 - Wood Beer - with one of the stout styles as a base

November - Sours

Brew to the following styles as per BJCP 2021 guidelines:

23A - Berliner Weisse
23B - Flanders Red Ale
23C - Oud Bruin
23D - Lambic

23F - Fruit Lambic

28A - Brett Beer
28B - Mixed fermentation Sour Beer
28C - Wild Specialty Beer
28D - Straight Sour Beer
29 - Fruit Beer - with one of the sour styles as a base
30 - Spiced Beer - with one of the sour styles as a base
