Thanks for coming down to the December club meeting at DTC on the 11th and sorry for the late post. The last meeting of the year and a lot planned for 2019. We had a committee meeting just prior to the December Club Meeting discussing new ideas such as: Club Fees; WASABC location, scheduling and pricing; Club Competitions for 2019; Safety of our Judges; and Collaborations.The Champion Brewer was announced as Paul Hutton for 2018. The winners of the Meads Ciders and Sours competition were announced. Jeremy Strong with his cider and Jarrad Taylor with his mead, both in equal first, no second place, and Paul Hutton in third with his experimental sour.What a year, and plenty more fun to come in 2019. Keep an eye for details of the new arrangements for the 2019 WASABC and I look forward to seeing you all at the January meeting on the 8th.
