2010 Results

 Platinum Sponsor Better Bottle is pleased to announce this event to support the amateur beer, wine, cider and mead making throughout Western Australia. This event is expected to evolve to be a significant preliminary event for WA Amateur brewers and winemakers contributing to: the State and National Competitions. Judging of the entries will be performed by expert brewers, winemakers, cider makers, mead makers and Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) recognised Judges on Sat, Feb 27th, 2010.

Beer and Wine Dinner

Competition Sponsor Better Bottle in collaboration with master chef Vince Velletri, Castelli Estate, and the Denmark Liquor Store have created a grand menu of Beer, Wine, and Great Southern Food to celebrate the Festival in style. The dinner is open to the public and will feature a 5 course menu made from the finest local seafood, poultry, and lamb expertly prepared in Castelli’s wood-fired oven.
